About Us
Winter is unforgiving, and every year, too many lives are claimed by the cold. These are the lives of people who have no home, no warmth, no shelter. HSM Foundation was born out of the desire to change this. We exist so that no child, no adult has to face this brutal cold or any hardship alone. We are a nonprofit organization dedicated to bringing warmth, comfort, and hope to those who need it the most: abandoned and neglected children and adults.
We believe that, through grassroots work, we can bring into the world those basic comforts to people that very few count as a given-warmth, safety, and education- so that every individual has the opportunity to thrive within his or her own context. Our Mission:
Our mission is to provide essential resources for orphaned and underprivileged children and adults in making them survive form and figure but thrive; addressing their most immediate needs but growing toward opportunities for long-term empowerment. Together, we will create a compassionate society that guarantees every individual to reach their full potential.
A 3-phase Donation Drive for a Better Life
Our 3-Phase Donation Drive is designed to address the most pressing needs of the children and adults we serve. More than collections, it is an opportunity for various people to survive, grow, and flourish.
Phase 1: Spreading Warmth
Winter is a killer season, which takes away the lives of too many people in a year. So for Phase 1, we donate blankets to warm and protect those bitterly exposed to cold. A blanket is sometimes all that stands between life and death for many who have nothing. It is warmth but also hope, and a way of showing that they have not been forgotten.
Phase 2: Comfortable Steps
When children walk barefoot on the harsh streets, every step is a struggle. In this phase, we provide shoes and slippers to ensure that children have proper footwear. It’s not just about comfort; it’s about dignity, mobility, and making sure that they don’t have to endure pain just to get through the day.
Phase 3: The Things of Life and More
Our work goes beyond providing basic needs. At this time we are providing and distributing ordinary goods, such as clothing, school supplies and hygiene articles, etc. These tools help children and adults feel safe, heard, and cared for, all while they grow, learn and play a role in a better future.
Our Initiatives: Step By Step Making Life Changes
At HSM Foundation, each step matters. Among the initiatives that we implement include:
- Supporting Orphanages: We supply orphanages with nutritional and hygiene supplies that every child needs in order to thrive.
- Health Camps: Offering free health care to the ones in want, for a healthy body is the foundation for a better life.
- Educational Workshops: Delivering children into knowledge and skills to shape their future.
- Donation Drives: Fulfilling the immediate need by specific drives with targeted collections.
Ways to Help Out:
The need is extreme, and being a part help will give very much. Here are some ways you can contribute:
- Donate: All contributions of funds or resources go right toward the very lives of the below-liners. A gift as small as a rupee could brighten and warm a child’s heart.
- Volunteer: Time holds a lot of value. You will be a part of the mission when you volunteer with us. This will help in reaching out to many more needy people.
- Sponsor: You become someone who is going to support long term, thus; you can also continue helping in making lives better where most need it.

Last winter, more than 500 blankets were distributed to families and individuals in need, ensuring they had a source of warmth and comfort during the harsh winter months, especially in areas where temperatures drop significantly

As many as 300 children received sturdy shoes and slippers, helping them walk safely and comfortably. This initiative aimed to protect their feet from injuries and harsh weather while enabling them to attend school and participate in daily activities without worry.

Over 200 orphanages were equipped with essential resources, including clothing, hygiene kits, and educational materials. This support not only improved their living standards but also fostered a better environment for their health, learning, and overall development.
